David grew up in Kentucky but moved to Nashville in 2000 to start a title insurance company, working in the industry ever since. He started Limestone Title & Escrow in 2009 and still runs this successful operation today. Dave has also been a licensed realtor since 2007 he began investing in real estate. Whether it be commercial, residential, wholesaling, or flips, he’s done it all.

Maris was born and raised in Franklin. She started her career in the real estate world as an intern with Limestone Title back in 2018. She has worked alongside David Webber for the past five years and made a move over to RPS as we launched just last year. Maris has experience on the back end with title processing as well as sales and marketing.

Tim is a second-generation Nashville native. He started his competitive sales career in the medical field marketing orthopedic implants before transitioning into real estate. Tim has been with RPS since April of 2023, and his sales and customer service experience is evident daily. He offers the highest level of advocacy for his clients.
